About Melissa

Melissa brings with her over 25 years’ experience in various leadership roles as both a business owner and with Fortune 500 companies. Her progressive experience has taken her across several industries including leadership roles at Duratech and Wells Fargo as well as owning her own consulting practice the past 8 years. She has also been adjunct professor at Viterbo University and Interim Program Director at UW-Madison, Continuing Studies. Melissa completed her undergrad at UW-La Crosse and her MBA at Viterbo University. She is also a published author with an article on succession planning printed in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies

Melissa is a dynamic, engaging and effective coach with an emphasis on service and leadership. Helping others to become more fully engaged, with both individuals and teams is her specialty. She has developed strategic, effective relationships with a wide variety of organizations and individuals, collaborating across disciplines with both individuals and teams. She has created and facilitated leadership development in both an educational and business environment.
